Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Assistant supports the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating follow-ups to drive conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with product demonstrations, maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM entries, and organizing sales materials. The role also involves responding to customer questions, providing basic technical and product information,



and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.

The Sales

Assistant collaborates closely with sales representatives to support sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain product features and coordinate with internal teams.

Foundational sales skills and comfort assisting in lead follow-up, prospect engagement, and product demonstrations.

Good organization skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping in CRM and sales tools.

Basic understanding of smart devices, IoT, or technology products is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a rapid-paced setting.

Prior experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with selling construction related products is a plus.
