Follow up for payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Maintain customer database, enquiry records, and sales reports.
Skills Required
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical products/switchgear.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
