Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced analytical instruments such as LC–MS/MS and related laboratory equipment.
Plan and execute routine and complex sample analysis as per approved protocols, SOPs, and study plans.
Ensure instrument calibration, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and preventive maintenance in coordination with vendors.
Lead method development, optimization, and validation activities.
Investigate OOS, OOT, and deviations; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
Coordinate with project management and clients to ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of studies.
Expert-level knowledge of analytical instrumentation and data systems.
Robust understanding of regulatory guidelines and audit readiness.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Robust communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
