Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional first impression.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
Support customer engagement initiatives and maintain high service standards.
Build positive relationships with customers and promote a customer-first culture.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist,



Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills

Candidate Profile
Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
