Role Overview

We are looking to strengthen our team with experienced Solution Engineers specializing in Core Network solutions, particularly Subscriber Data Layer (SDL / OneNDS).

The role involves designing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting advanced core network nodes in large-scale telecom settings. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with 4G/5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement core network elements, with a focus on SDL / OneNDS

Execute end-to-end deployment activities, including integration and validation

Perform testing and troubleshooting during deployment and integration phases

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:

Low-Level Design (LLD)

Customer Integration Questionnaire (CIQ)

Detailed Network Design (DND)

Acceptance Test Plan (ATP)

Method of Procedure (MOP)

Manage and support test and acceptance activities

Contribute to complex, multi-domain application integration projects

Technical Skills & Experience

Strong experience in telecom software solution development and/or system integration

Mandatory expertise in Subscriber Data Layer (SDL / OneNDS)





Hands-on experience with cloud-native database solutions (SDL) – Mandatory

Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems

Knowledge of databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL

Solid understanding of networking and protocols:

TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP/2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP

Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies:

VNF, CNF

Platforms: VMware, OpenStack

Nokia ecosystem: CBIS, CBAM, NCS, NCOM

Experience working on complex or multi-domain integration projects

Ability to create accurate and detailed technical documentation

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with automation tools for configuration generation

Exposure to core network nodes such as HSS, HLR, PGW

Soft Skills

Solid team collaboration and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English
