About the Role

We are looking for a Robotics Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of robotic systems for our automation platform. You will lead a cross-functional team, define the technical architecture, and ensure successful delivery of robotics solutions from prototype to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead robotics system design and architecture.
Develop robotics applications using ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python.
Drive motion planning, controls, and system integration.
Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams.
Mentor engineers and review technical designs.
Troubleshoot complex robotics and automation challenges.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software and system development.
Solid proficiency in ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, and Linux.
Experience with robotic motion planning, control systems, kinematics, and system integration.




Hands-on experience with robotics simulation platforms such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or equivalent digital twin settings.
Experience deploying robotics applications on NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded computing platforms.
Solid understanding of robotics sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, and other perception systems.
Experience integrating robotic hardware, embedded systems, motor controllers, and communication protocols.
Knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, or autonomous robotics is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams.
