Conduct regular visits to customer sites to monitor operations and maintain strong client relationships.

Inspect deployed equipment to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and functioning efficiently.

Monitor the performance and attendance of coordinators and other manpower deployed at client sites.

Meet clients regularly to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively.

Record customer complaints, observations, and feedback, and communicate them promptly to the relevant internal departments.

Coordinate with Operations, Service, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Follow up on complaints and corrective actions until closure and keep clients updated on the progress.





Identify opportunities to introduce and promote the company’s other products and services at existing customer sites.

Generate leads and support business development by building robust relationships with customers.

Prepare and submit regular site visit reports, customer feedback reports, and action trackers.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response, regular follow-ups, and skilled communication.

Support the sales team in achieving business targets through cross-selling and upselling prospects.
