Location: Coimbatore (In office)

Role Overview

Dotts is looking for a Salesforce Developer with solid experience in Sales Cloud development and up-to-date Salesforce development practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, writing clean code, and working collaboratively using Git-based version control.

Experience with Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations
Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities
Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions
Use Git and version control best practices for source code management
Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices




Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications
Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes

Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
Experience with Git and version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and REST APIs
