Rolling Mill Technician Angola (Metal Manufacturing)

Role & Responsibilities
Learn and operate newly installed rolling mill machinery.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Inspect rollers, bearings, gearboxes, shafts and couplings.
Check lubrication, vibration, temperature and machine condition.
Identify mechanical issues and report abnormalities immediately.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Support machine setup, adjustment and production changeovers.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
Follow safety and quality procedures.
Maintain daily machine operation and inspection records.

Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Rolling Mill, Steel Plant, Wire Rod Mill, Copper Plant, Metal Industry or Heavy Manufacturing.




Experience in operating or maintaining rolling mill and production machinery.
Valuable knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, rollers, couplings, lubrication and hydraulic systems.
Young, energetic and willing to learn newly installed rolling mill machines.
Comfortable working on the shop floor.
Willing to relocate to Luanda, Angola.
