Requirements Sales Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Identify recent sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, and networking.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify key decision-makers and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up.

Close sales deals with a customer-centric approach to meet individual and team sales goals.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:





Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on product improvements and customer preferences.

Work closely with the technical team to ensure product features meet customer demands.

Qualifications and Skills

Education Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Bsc or any other related technical discipline.

Skills

Robust understanding of electronics or instrumentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Competence in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Additional Skills
