Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Associate will engage with potential and existing clients to explain LEI services, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the registration and renewal process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting follow-up calls and emails, preparing basic sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolving client issues promptly, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Associate will contribute to local market outreach activities and provide feedback on customer needs to improve service offerings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong client-facing and communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
Candidates should possess foundational sales and customer service skills, such as lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and follow-up management.
Candidates should possess basic administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, record keeping, and time management.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client requirements and match them with appropriate LEI solutions.
Candidates should ideally have familiarity with financial services, compliance, or regulatory environments, or a willingness to learn these domains.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or telesales; entry-level candidates with robust motivation will also be considered.
