Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The specialist will manage end-to-end SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical checks, and link-building initiatives for multiple client accounts. Daily responsibilities include performing SEO audits, monitoring website performance through analytics tools, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations.

The role involves coordinating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns and websites. The specialist is expected to stay current with search engine guidelines, algorithm updates,



and industry trends to continually improve organic visibility and ROI for clients.

Qualifications

Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop targeted keyword strategies for diverse industries.

Proficiency in conducting thorough SEO Audits and implementing on-page and technical improvements based on findings.

Experience with Link Building strategies, including outreach, relationship building, and evaluating backlink quality.

Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, internal linking, content optimization, and site structure enhancements.

Hands-on experience using Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and generate reports.

Familiarity with popular SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Nagpur.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
