Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Associate role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Sales

Associate will identify and pursue new business prospects, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and promote the company’s logistics services, including air and ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends,



and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of logistics, international trade, and freight services (air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, project cargo) or willingness to learn quickly.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone and in-person etiquette.
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related sales roles is an advantage but motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
