ey Responsibilities
Generate current PCD Pharma Franchise business through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online portals.
Identify and appoint current distributors and franchise partners across India.
Handle inquiries from prospective clients and convert them into active customers.
Explain product portfolio, pricing, monopoly rights, promotional schemes, and business policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing franchise partners to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, production, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
Resolve customer queries regarding products, dispatch, availability, and pricing.
Maintain daily call reports, customer database, and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
