About the Role

Skylink Communications is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Qualified with deep roots in the telecom and enterprise connectivity sector. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and expanding our market footprint through strategic positioning and relationship management.

We heavily value candidates coming from Telecom Distributors or System Integration (SI) Partners who possess sharp business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with enterprise clients, local distributors, and System Integration (SI) partners.
Drive sales for telecom solutions, wireless network services, and enterprise connectivity infrastructure.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and solution pitch to strict contract negotiations and deal closures.
Coordinate closely with the technical and operations teams to align client requirements with deliverables.




Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of core sales experience strictly within the Telecom industry.
Background Preference: Proven track record working directly with Telecom Distributors or SI Partners.
Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and contract structuring skills are a must.
Strong professional network within corporate/enterprise clients and field ecosystems.
High self-motivation with a performance-driven approach to revenue targets.

Compensation & Perks
Salary Structure Split:
70% Fixed Component (Guaranteed monthly gross/net)
30% Variable Component (Performance & target-linked incentives)

Additional Benefits: Statutory perks (Gratuity/PF), corporate health insurance coverage, and mobile/travel allowances as per company policy. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
