Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Indore.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to present Tasknectt’s BPO solutions, understand business needs, and recommend appropriate services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales prospects. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.

The Sales

Associate will also support market research and participate in promotional activities to strengthen the company’s presence in target markets.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present services clearly and build client relationships.
Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Basic understanding of BPO, customer support, and back-office operations, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace with solid time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
Comfortable working on-site in Indore and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
