We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven

Sales Personnel/Specialist to lead our sales in the international freight forwarding industry at Gurgaon/Recent Delhi.
Develop and execute sales strategy/plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify potential customers/opportunities and actively work on them
Build, maintain and develop robust relationships with clients
Conduct sales presentations, finalise business with clients.
Stay update with industry trends, market conditions and competitors move.
Collaborate with team and set targets for future.
Work with CRM/Sales software to monitor the progress and analyse the data.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree with prior experience in the industry or master's degree is an added advantage.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Positive communication skills (English as well as regional language)
Knowledge of MS-Office Suite
