We're looking for a senior, self-directed Python developer with experience in the CTV/media agency space to join as an extension of our existing team - someone who can own features end-to-end, work comfortably with contemporary AI-assisted ("vibe" and spec-driven agentic)

development workflows.

Design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing applications and tools requested by stakeholders (reporting dashboards, workflow automation, data tooling, etc.)
Work directly alongside our existing developer and leadership to prioritize and scope multi-phase projects
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow - writing specs/prompts, reviewing and refining AI-generated code, and iterating quickly
Build and maintain data pipelines feeding into our ClickHouse data lake for analytics and observability
Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for application data
Participate in architecture decisions with a bias toward pragmatic, maintainable solutions over premature scale

Required Skills:




8+ years of qualified Python development experience (backend/API-focused FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization, migrations)
Prior experience working with a CTV or media agency, including familiarity with media/ad-tech data (viewership, ad delivery, impressions)
Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants as part of a real production workflow - not just casual/personal use
Comfort working independently with light oversight, including scoping ambiguous stakeholder requests into explicit technical plans
Working experience in prior IT services company
Strong written communication - most collaboration will happen a sync across time zones

Nice to have:
Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases
ETL/data pipeline experience connecting transactional (Postgres) and analytical (ClickHouse) systems
Experience working as an offshorer with US-based teams
