Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of the 80 MLD MBR project.
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS Codes.
Supervise RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and water-retaining structures.
Coordinate with planning, billing, QA/QC, survey, procurement, and client teams.
Monitor project progress, productivity, material consumption, equipment utilization, and project costs.
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
Conduct site review meetings and submit regular progress reports to management.
Ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile * 8+ years in civil infrastructure projects.
Experience in MBR, ESR, GLSR, WTP, STP, Pump Houses, or other large RCC water-retaining structures is highly preferred.
Must have independently handled large RCC projects from foundation to completion.
