Role Description The Site Supervisor – Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position oversees day-to-day site activities, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure interior work is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, managing site workforce, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and resolving in office issues promptly. The role also involves verifying materials and finishes, conducting regular inspections, updating project documentation,



and communicating status reports to the design and management teams.

Qualifications Experience supervising interior fit-out sites, including coordination of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Solid understanding of interior drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and construction details.

Proficiency in basic site documentation, daily progress reports, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.

Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and site compliance requirements.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, designers, and site teams.

Ability to plan work sequences, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks at the site.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in luxury residential or corporate interior projects will be an advantage.

Comfort working full-time in office in Ahmedabad and flexibility to adapt to project schedules.
