Build automated decision-making and case-routing frameworks to minimize manual effort.
Define architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
Architect integrations and data flows for entitlement management.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive solution reviews, testing strategy, deployment planning, and release governance.

Preferred Experience:
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.
Experience in customer service workflows, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
