As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of the project(s) by working independently with little supervision. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of applications specifically in PHP. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using Web 2.0 technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Work with Product Managers to architect the application class diagrams, methods and userflow.




Writing program code and delivering unit tested working solutions along with a documented codebase.
Hand hold and Lead team of software developers to deliver the architected solutions.
Be a key input to technical specification, architecture and technical decision-making.

DISTINGUISHED SKILLS (to Have) Must Have
Domain knowledge
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Core PHP & mySQL.
Technical Knowledge
Extensive knowledge and experience in OOPs and MVC development.
Team Handling & Problem Solving

Good to Have
Working experience in development using Yii PHP framework.
Working experience on ERP modules (Robust Understanding of ERP Development).
Should have worked with Product Based Companies.
Working at Architect Level.
Positive understanding Scrum.
Update about current technologies and traits.
Knowledge of Git.
