Platform Management: Handle day-to-day social media activities, including content publishing and community engagement.

Trend & Audience Insights: Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.

AI-Enhanced Social Media: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and CapCut AI for enhanced content creation.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Assist in identifying influencers, partnerships, and campaign collaborations.

Performance Analysis: Track post-performance, audience growth, and engagement using analytics tools.

Paid Social Support: Assist in running paid promotions, boosting posts, and optimizing ad content.

Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and respond promptly to comments and messages.





What We Seek In you

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2 - 4 years in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.

Creative & Tech-Savvy: Solid storytelling skills and proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, and LinkedIn Ads.

AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI-based design and content tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Adobe Express.

Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Socialbakers.

Robust Communication: Ability to write engaging captions, craft social copy, and interact with the audience.
