AI Performance Engineer

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, SRE, or Performance Testing.
Hands-on experience with JMeter, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and AI-driven analysis platforms.
Robust knowledge of workload modelling, capacity planning,



performance analysis, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Python and API testing.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.

Desired Skills
JMeter, Jenkins, Cursor AI, Jellyfish AI.
AI Agent development, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI-based performance analytics.
Workload Modelling, Capacity Planning, Performance Forecasting, and Anomaly Detection.
Performance testing of APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-native applications.
Root Cause Analysis using AI and observability data.
Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/Azure DevOps.
Experience in Banking/Financial Services and AI-Driven SDLC settings.
