Basic knowledge and concept of Linux
Preferable operating system is Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat Linux
Basic knowledge on hardware troubleshooting
Basic concept of networking
LAN and WAN setting
System formatting with different operating system i.e: Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows7 and Windows 8
Basic Linux commands
System repairing commands for Linux and Windows
Software installations in Linux and Window
Performing regular maintenance
Inventory Management
RHCE Certification will be added advantage
