Key Area Of Work
Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow.
Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover.
Manage materials planning, inventory & ensure minimal wastage.
Validate quality of materials delivered at site.
Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay
Assist in BOQ verification, cost control & bill checking of contractors.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.
Robust understanding of interior works, building materials, drawings and specifications
In office execution & supervision expertise
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Project Management basics
Robust communication and vendor management skills
