What You'll Do
Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making potential.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and email outreach.




Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Solid research and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
