Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executive positions in the BPO domain.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
1–1.5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO hiring.
Experience hiring Sales Executives or similar customer-facing roles.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification is an added advantage.
