Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end AR follow-up with US insurance companies, ensuring timely reimbursement.
Handle denial management, appeals, and resubmissions to reduce outstanding AR.
Analyze claim rejections and underpayments; take corrective action per payer guidelines.
Maintain robust understanding of RCM principles including claims processing and revenue cycle workflows.
Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve complex claim issues.

Desired Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in AR calling / medical billing in the US healthcare industry.
Multi-speciality billing experience preferred.
Robust grasp of insurance follow-up, denial management, and claims resolution.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with US insurance representatives.
Graduates / Undergraduates eligible.
