Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, leads and daily activities.
Coordinate with customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Guide team members and support them in achieving their targets.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Loan Sales / Team Handling.
Experience in a DSA setup preferred.
Auto Loan / Vehicle Finance experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
