Guide teams in configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
Develop packaged solutions and optimize configurations per Workday standards.
Preferred
Workday Launch certification and project experience.
Mentor teams on task execution and problem-solving.
Contribute to documentation, task reallocation, and cross-team collaboration.
