Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
5–10 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Educational Sales, School Solutions, Footwear industries.
Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
Solid knowledge of sales processes and market development.

Responsibilities




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Generate business from schools, educational institutions, and other institutional customers for school footwear and related products.
Identify, approach, and onboard current schools and Prospects.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with school management, principals, administrators, and procurement teams.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings with decision-makers.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure seamless execution of institutional orders.
