Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients.
Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Evaluate and renew policies for clients.
We are looking to add an executive to our sales team to take care of annual renewals. Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer retention.
