Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and intakes.
Follow up on inquiries generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments for counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
