Key Responsibilities:
Manage table reservations from the podium through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Welcome guests at the restaurant entrance and coordinate seating arrangements.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking schedules.
Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth table allocation and guest flow.
Assist guests with inquiries, availability, and special requests.
Ensure a seamless and professional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage peak-hour reservations efficiently.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month
