Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in premium fashion, luxury retail, designerwear, ethnicwear, bridalwear, or occasionwear.
Attend to walk-in customers and provide a polished, premium in-store shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and suggest outfits based on occasion, size, style, and budget.
Drive sales conversions and contribute to monthly store targets.
Build robust relationships with new and repeat customers through active clienteling.
Follow up with customers over WhatsApp/calls for product options, trials, order confirmations, alterations, and delivery updates.
Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, fabrics, silhouettes, pricing, and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate with the store team for stock availability, billing, trials, alterations, and order handovers.
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English, with a presentable and well-groomed personality.
Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to work full time from the Hyderabad store.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
