We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Sales Executive to join our growing jewelry business. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, sales understanding, and experience handling online customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Alibaba, Etsy, website, and email
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Share product details, quotations, and pricing professionally
Follow up with clients regarding samples, production, and payments
Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain regular communication
Coordinate with the production team for order updates
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Requirements:
Positive English communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience in online sales or jewelry industry preferred
Knowledge of gemstones, silver jewelry, brass jewelry,
or custom jewelry is a plus
Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and social media handling
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
