We are looking for experienced specialists with solid expertise in the Cards & Payments domain and hands-on experience with the TSYS Prime platform. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical knowledge of credit/debit card processing, card lifecycle management, payment systems, and banking operations.
Candidates should have experience in implementation, support, testing, business analysis, or production support within TSYS Prime environments.
Key Responsibilities
Work on TSYS Prime implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure and customize TSYS Prime modules based on business needs.
Support end-to-end card lifecycle management processes.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and production changes.
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and card scheme standards.
Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer documents.
Participate in release planning and change management activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
