Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and business targets.
Manage daily store operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
Manage inventory and minimize stock loss.
Monitor store KPIs (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion).
Handle customer complaints and escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Prepare daily and monthly store reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
