A Student Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing students regarding courses, career prospects, admissions, and training programs. They play a key role in helping students choose the right course based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about the courses offered by the institute.
Explain course curriculum, certification, career opportunities, and placement support.
Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries professionally.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or enquiry register.
Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with trainers and the management team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to the institute's growth.
Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.

Required Skills

Strong counselling and convincing abilities.




Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is an added advantage.

Qualification
Any Graduate (Preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales is an added advantage.
