The Delivery Executive is responsible for delivering milk, yogurt, and other V-Rich products to customers on time while maintaining product quality and providing excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations
Deliver milk, yogurt, and other dairy products to customers as per assigned routes.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
Follow delivery schedules and route plans efficiently.
Handle products carefully to maintain quality and freshness.
Customer Service
Maintain qualified and courteous behavior with customers.
Address customer queries and escalate concerns to the supervisor.
Collect customer feedback when required.
Order & Cash Management
Verify delivery quantities before dispatch.
Collect payments from customers when applicable.
Submit cash collections and delivery reports to the supervisor.
Vehicle & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Report vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass.
Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
Skills Required
Positive communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Time management and punctuality.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Basic mobile phone usage for delivery tracking.
Experience
Fresher or 1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Experience in dairy, FMCG, grocery, or e-commerce delivery is an added advantage.
