Qualification: Graduate

Experience: At least 1 year experience in Channel Sales in FMCD or mobile phone industry

BASIC WORK

A. Retailer Relationship Management

· Top Retailer Relationship management

· VIP retailer visits

· Conflict resolution

· Business growth planning

· Retailer engagement programs

· Retailer issue resolution

· Scheme claim support

· Incentive communication

· Retailer database management

· Engagement activity execution

· Communicate and co-ordinate with Marketing team for retailer events.

· Create a retailer events & activities yearly calendar

· Build solid relation with retailers via family engagement activities.

· Manage product data, track progress through different stages of the lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.





· Analyzing product costs at each stage of the lifecycle and identifying potential cost reduction opportunities.
