Location: Shahdol & Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/- per month + Incentives
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
Generate sales leads and identify recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market and site visits to promote company products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Civil Engineering qualification is mandatory.
Fresher or 1–2 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Cement, Steel, Tiles, Pipes, or related industries.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively within Shahdol and Anuppur districts.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
