Job Summary
End to end ownership of ensuring stellar Customer Experience by driving key business metrics.
Reduction & resolution of Customers grievances within the stipulated time by co-ordinating cross functional stakeholders.
Establish process governance for the happy flow of shipments to the customers doorstep.
Identify customers dissonances/improvement prospects and partnering with business to recommend business.
Operational knowledge of logistics / Courier/ SCM .
Skill & knowledge of operating ERP used in logistics/Courier.
Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge of MS Office.
