This role will beresponsible for providing excellent customer service at the airportticketing counter and ensuring all ticketing processes are carriedout accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet andassist customers at the ticketing counter, providing information onflight schedules, fares, and other related inquiries - Processticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently -Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accuraterecords of all sales - Resolve customer complaints and issues in atimely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airportstaff to ensure smooth and effective operations - Stay updated onairline policies, procedures,
and promotions to provide accurateand up-to-date information to customers - Assist with check-in andboarding procedures as needed - Maintain a clean and organizedticketing counter area - Follow all safety and security protocolsto ensure the safety of customers and staff Qualifications: - Highschool diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year experience in acustomer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitalityindustry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactionsaccurately - Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamicenvironment - Knowledge of airline ticketing systems is an asset -Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus -Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends andholidays Contract Details: This is a full-time position with acompetitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidatewill be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility ofovertime during busy periods.
