Manages and maintains employee payroll database. Responsible for integrity of pay rate, direct deposit, social security number or global equivalent, tax withholding, and other payroll related information. Reviews data entry input after each payroll process.
Compares data from HRIS system and Payroll systems daily and updates payroll system as needed. Researches any fallout for root cause with IT to correct.
Validates and does the first approval of reconciliations between time entry system and SAP
Validates overtime, vacation, sick, jury duty and hours calculations worked on a weekly basis.
Analysis the reconciliations of time tracking system and integration output and assists the team in resolving any discrepancies.
Validates operational jobs as outlined on the payroll transmittal and ensure the accuracy of each job through the calculation stage of the payroll process.
Works with disability carriers to coordinate calculation and payment of supplemental sick payments.




Assists in researching and resolving any imbalances with variance report before payroll is accepted.
Drives process improvement in all processes and procedures within payroll.
First escalation point in all employee queries via email or ticketing system and monitors the responses to ensure it is within SLA.

Qualification -
Bachelor s degree in business, Accounting, or related field, and/or the combined equivalent of experience and education.
Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Excel, and Word
Strong technical and hands on experience with payroll
High ability to be adaptable and adaptable
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Robust knowledge of payroll related regional regulations and payroll requirements
Excellent judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player

Requirements -
Hands on experience in US end to end payroll process
Valuable knowledge of SAP and Workday application.
