We are seeking enthusiastic Non-Technical freshers for the position of Process Associate in our Hyderabad office. This role involves providing voice customer support to our clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Please note Technical Graduates are not eligible for this role.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries via voice support
Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Robust listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work in shifts as required
