Academic Counsellor * (Females preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Identification & understanding of the Student’s need & counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate applications & admissions for various courses offered at the Institute
Handle Student and Parents’ queries over Phone, e-mail & Chat Sessions
Manage regular communication with students and parents through Call, Whatsapp & other mediums of communication
Effectively manage leads allocated & maintain student communication records.
Generating & Handling Walk-Ins students for course enquires.
Execute tasks allocated on back-end operations of Marketing & Admissions department.
Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on and maintain data or records.
Positive MS-Office working skills
Willingness to work on weekends ( if Needed)
Genuine interest in helping people succeed.
