Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Home Loans

Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
ONLY MALE CAN APPLY Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home loan solutions.
Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure end-to-end loan closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall performance.
Build solid relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.




Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Keep records of sales and report to the sales manager.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales (field-based).
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Solid local network in real estate or housing finance domain.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
