The ideal candidate will have a background in B.Com or BA, possess fluency in English, and have at least 1 year of experience in the retail or fashion industry. The consultant will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, offering personalized styling advice, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and understand their fashion preferences and needs.
Build solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Fashion Advisory:
Provide expert advice on styling, clothing combinations, and trends based on customer preferences.
Assist customers in selecting products that suit their style and occasion requirements.
Sales:




Achieve individual and store sales targets by recommending products and upselling.
Handle billing, payments, and return processes efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and the company’s product offerings.
Communicate product features, materials, and advantages to customers.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Monitor inventory and report low-stock or damaged items.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to enhance customer experiences.
Participate in training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Graduation in B.Com or BA.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail, fashion consulting, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for fashion and styling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
